We do our best to accommodate all appointment requests. Our appointments are booked and saved for you personally. We are regularly turning away other guests to hold that time for you. The following cancellation policy updates are designed to help us serve you better and be a sustainable business.

 

Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before appointment start time – no charge.

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before the appointment but less than 48 hours before the appointment start time – $50. 

Cancel or reschedule more than 2 hours before the appointment but less than 24 hours before the appointment start time – 50% of the appointment fee ($50 minimum).

Cancel, reschedule, or no-show less than 2 hours before the appointment start time – 100% of the appointment fee ($50 minimum).

 

Fees will be charged to the card on file. If there is no card on file an invoice will be sent. All fees must be paid prior to booking another appointment.
